Conveniently located on the Trans Canada Highway, 15 minutes East of the Kamloops City Centre. Heading east, take exit 390; heading west, take exit 391.

Public Transportation

BC Transit offers regular service from Landsdowne Village in the Kamloops City Centre, bringing you directly to our front door.

Field trip transportation

In need of transportation for field trips? The City of Kamloops offers the Class Rides Free Program. This program allows students to experience the Kamloops Transit system free of charge for the purpose of traveling to and from a field trip.

Please note

For the health and safety of our visitors and team, and for the well being of our Park residents, please take note:

  • We love a good celebration just as much as you do, but please do not bring balloons, noisemakers, or barbecues.
  • We love all animals, but for the health and safety of ours and yours – please leave yours at home.
  • Please see our service animals policy for information regarding the exception of service dogs.
  • No bikes, scooters, skateboards, rollerblades, or heelies, or the equivalent of such. 
  • Children ages 12 and under must be accompanied by an adult (18+).
  • The BC Wildlife Park is not responsible for personal possessions within the Park, or parking lot.
  • The BC Wildlife Park is not liable for any lost or stolen items.

For first aid services and lost and found, please visit our Guest Services team inside the Discovery Centre.

Equipment Rentals at the BC Wildlife Park

Need some assistance while exploring the Park? Inquire at our Guest Services counter; all rentals and loans are first come, first serve, and you may be required to leave a piece of identification or credit card for the duration of your rental or loan.
