The BC Wildlife Park is home to the only full-service wildlife rehabilitation centre in British Columbia’s Southern Interior, providing expert care for injured and orphaned wildlife. Our team works hard to give these animals the best chance at recovery and, whenever possible, release back into the wild. If you come across an injured animal, we’re here to help guide you on what to do. Beyond rehabilitation, the park is also dedicated to conservation efforts, like the Burrowing Owl Breeding Program, which helps reintroduce this extirpated species back into British Columbia’s grasslands. The BC Wildlife Park's Fawcett Family Wildlife Health Centre is a specialized hospital and rehabilitation facility dedicated not only to providing veterinary services for the resident animals of the BC Wildlife Park, but also to injured and orphaned wildlife in British Columbia.
